secrets? what secrets? do tell....come on, it's "anonymous" :)
I was so underpaid and sold on sunshine and 'stability' it was ridiculous. Please do yourself and family a favor and at least consider looking around. I've more than doubled my base and doing the same work. Bonuses are 9-10x.
Nonetheless I still maintain that it was a it solid place to work when I was there. Bad management decisions have hurt the population of talent in a big way.
Of course they do not care about the people, the UBS folks care about the stock price so that they can get one last big financial score and then retire in.. where else.. Florida.
I feel they are raiding the place for money too. They sure don't care for the people.
Get out now while you can. Start looking for another job at another company while you are still there. It will not get any better. I can speak from experience. That ship is sinking and it is only a matter of time before it hits the bottom. The current leadership is going to raid the place and get all they can before it is over.
A lot of folks that left RJ, went to JPMC and PWC, start lookibg there.
