Syntel is the worst chutiya company ever seen. The don't even spare freshers,do politics with them and fires them too.

Oh i got laid off my relieveing letter and experience letter shows that i worked for syntel private ltd. Not syntel ltd. my appointment letter shows syntel ltd.
Is the relieving letter invalid, I heard some people who joined new jobs after April 2015 layoff are getting back ground check problems as syntel claimed that person is absconding but he was layoff in april 2015.
