How many people have left this year? My guess is almost a dozen. And we're not talking new grad, know-nothings, either. We're talking some of the best and brightest engineers in the company. Most are tired of being bullied, others realize it's a dead-end place to work. Management doesn't care....each walkout is a sliver off of overhead.

What overweight sloth listened to the overpaid, egotistical consultant regarding focus selling???? And the rest of the minions sat there, collecting their unearned bonuses while cutting salaries...... It is amazing how greed replaced self pride in a job well done. Look at the examples: fat boy, the tin man and the old man who can't make his own breakfast??? They don't even have the sense to be embarrassed, nor did they figure out that their salaries can't buy what NONE of them have, CLASS
I'd leave too but the offers I have received so far are not enough. Wendy's is paying a little more than McDonalds but I'm waiting to hear from Burger King.
No one cares let alone the tin man and the cowardly lion in the big, and I mean, big chair. What a joke the exec offices are! They are protected and making all of the financials to accommodate themselves. All of their golden parachutes! Bunch of asses, hopefully their parachutes won't open! They should all be audited and arrested...this has been going on since the Golden Roberts and Martin years... Look at what Rielly got away with. Who else had Union buddies help build his home in NY???? Martin was nothing but a thief and it's worse now. Look at the VPs in HR! What a joke, what egos to think they are better than anyone... How many more excuses for "working from home" really?????
Why are they leaving? Its such a happy place to work.
@Anonymous123883 what does Lockheed have to do with a small division of L-3?
Don't worry CSE will be closed in 2016. Rumors are true this time. Lockheed Martin closed a lot of places to buy Sirkorsky Helicopter. CEO said enough with marginal or close to nothing profit areas.....L-3 to follow...
Who left for greener pastures now? They'll regret it and come back once our growth materializes.
That's my butt print on the wall just underneath
It's my middle finger print.
All that stuff (benefits (sic), vaca, sick leave, etc) gets worked into the hourly rate we bill. But none of that will matter once we get to that $400M annual sales figure! And with inflation, it should only take a few more years... give or take.. hopefully. Hey is that your fingerprint, the one down there in the corner?
Paying their benefits, vacation, sick leave, etc...all overhead. But agreed on your points.
I wonder how that Hocus Pocus Selling is working out. Guess we'll find out on those props we submitted. And how's that $400 million going that they all fingerprinted to in the auditorium lobby?
But they have not been on overhead, the folks leaving have been charging contracts (and making money). But your basic point is valid: management does not see this as evidence of a problem. Besides, the Focus Selling classes are all full!
