SM is good at cost down and already cut many departments that didn't make enough money. For example, QMC, Ethernet, power line,... etc. MTK still keep Ethernet and xDSL departments. Is cost down the only way in future?

Are you kidding? Paul wasted $10B on 2 factories for Iridigm in Asia. You want him back? After he wasted enough money to pay the laid-off people for 11 years?
