I know for a fact that the higher ups read this site. Don't kid yourselves. They are pissed at what's being said and have tried to figure out who is posting.
Word of caution do not post from a mattel computer, they are tracking activity.

Yes I have filled out every survey for the past 10 years and seen steady decline....hmmm so I ask myself will this time be different?
Maybe yes if the dudes running the show maybe read these posts and take them to heart rather then being all indignant that we the people below that work our tails off have some place to vent and express our deep disappointment and outrage.
