When you have shortsighted management and bad HR this is what happens . Business strategy Carie has no idea how to come up with anything . Everyone is exhausted. Layoffs coming but I feel bad for the stores closing only because sales are horrible. They are crashing because the merchandise is awful. They admit it! Layoffs should start at the departments who are buying this crap! We can sell it! The rest of the departments are working so hard. Trend is useless too. Marketing? Why are they focused on the wrong things in the business?! What the hell are they doing? Get better stuff to sell!

Im sure Jenny could care less, she sits on boards, has tons of cash and always has hated the CR customer.....
Sadly no one left at CR can turn this place around. Remember when Jenny plowed CR into the ground when she started. Well, it's the same disconnected head of trend that she had then and now. It feels like we are right back to that place. Why is Jenny still at the helm???
Which stores are closing? Are we cutting again? How much can we take?
HR dept sucks. Nobody calls back. Nobody cares. Clueless about the needs of the people . Morale is bad. People are scared and I know we should be. Looking at H&M and VS. I'm so done
