HR is trying to dilute the usefulness of this board and maintain ownership of information distribution by polluting the board with vile and inane posts.

Good. Let HR post discriminatory comments. When some attorney finally does file a discrimination suit, he can get the ISP numbers from the OPs. Then he can subpoena the IDs from Qualcomm and use them to show that Qualcomm's work environment was infused with a culture of discrimination, and HR did nothing about it.
