I will not be surprised if 400+ will be released by early 2016. Those working for non-core departments such as Supply chain, IT, HES may be affected first but selective FE, D&C, PE may also be the next.

Base business jobs will all be nationalized along with a handful of other positions. It is possible that some recently selected expats will be sent home related to cost savings. The Indonesian government has convinced itself that there is less need to for expats in the current business environment.
Besides filming the sequel to Eat,Pray,Love? Don't know.
