Let's pretend that I don't know what a Level 3 is in this context... except that it is probably not good. Anyone care to fill me in?

Do we have any numbers yet? How many Level 3's was handed out? And to whom? What for?
Good luck the quality managers here are a bunch of long time clowns. They would be better off sending them home on audit days. Or maybe just permanently.

The quality managers here wouldn't speak up over negative issues if they we're biting their pantys.
I use to work in the quality group at PID before I escaped. CWS will have to work long and hard to beat the track record of level 3s given to Waco Navy program's quality. The manager on that team only wants to go to meetings, and look the other way.
