Chevron is run like the US Postal Service. They are beefing up their employee assistance program to cover their bases as they target those over 50 with termination. They need to hire from the outside so their is no emotional attachment. Just like a butcher at a slaughterhouse.
I saw this internally on the web but had no idea this position is posted externally. Pretty shitty considering they should be looking at internal employees and those affected by their ROMS.
Oh snap....only Chevron would do a public search for this position instead of using a private search firm. I went through one of the ROM's earlier this year.....It is complete chaos. This by far will be the most stressful and ignorant workplace event in your career!
