People stop sitting on the titanic trying to bail out water with 5 gallon buckets hoping you are on one of the few life boats. The best thing you can do is take charge of your own future and apply elsewhere. It only takes about two months to find another job if you are persistent every night. Some may get a raise and others may take a cut. But there are other options out there that are far better. Other places don't micromanage and have their employees work in fear everyday. The word is out of how toxic it is to work at EDMC and other employers are empathetic to it. Start a new career in another field, anything! Sometimes it takes one step back to move two steps forward but going to work where a buffet of Xanax is what it takes to get through a day is NOT healthy. Do it for your families, do it for yourselves, and do it for the students. Before I left and an HR friend of mine left she told me they were having a ton of trouble filling positions. There is a reason for that! So grind it out every night and apply directly to companies websites, 5 a night if you can. I assure you something better will come along than the USS EDMC with Captain Crunch at the helm.
