Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a retail HQ job. It's a nasty environment at CR in SF. All the good management we're let go or quit. The remaining losers couldn't turn this business around if their life depended on it.

Everyone is backstabbing. It is sick to watch. Jenny is not even engaged. She's clueless. People are puppeteering her. She has no idea what her own people are feeling.

How to survive at CR: kiss leadership asses. Feed their egos and agree to everything, even if it's a crap idea.
It's so sad and depressing at CR in SF. I left there months ago and unfortunately think it will take some time to get over how that place f***ed me up.
Leaders don't care about those that do the work, or how they treat people. There is really no head of HR so it's not like there is someone to go to and honestly HR is in the presidents back pocket. A shitty place all around
I think our entire Finance team in SF has turned in one year. Scary!
It's a no win at CR, at least with the current leaders. Those that are left don't give a shit about the employees, just saving their asses
Many see the writing on the wall, business is down, no new ideas, crazy hours, thankless culture, so they are leaving
What happened to the:
Head of ecom?
Head of marketing?
Head of allocation?
Anyone know? Or has the Preisdent started throwing her own under her bus?
