Thread regarding Mattel Inc. layoffs

Looks like Mattel isn't the only company suffering from the self serving "better you than me" executive culture in the face of layoffs

Oh, if this was only an isolated case....Many higher ups in the NYC office had this same sense of entitlement during the last round of layoffs. Many were laughing in GMs office and prepping each other as if they were going into the 4th quarter of game...so sickening. Then showing up at a bar hours later commiserating that I can't believe that Mattel did that - no ownership when it comes to times of layoffs....what goes around comes around....

who doesn't go out and drink after a day of layoffs? I've done it, but not in a celebratory way. Moreso in a "my poor friends" mindset.
