From the Higher Learning Commission (HLC): "The review of University of Phoenix’s on Notice status is not complete and is scheduled to be considered by our Board at the end of this month (June). It wasn't on the Internet. It was an email from Mr. Hausaman at the Higher Learning Commission.
Can you site the exact source you got it from? I've been searching for that statement and could not find it.
