Dumb ass over here most were 20 to 30 years of age, the only 50's were all volunteer...

The incompetent over 50's in non core businesses like chemical Polymers have been let go. The only ones left have more than 30 years with the company and they will be let go as soon as the business is discarded.
6 years with company 2 days off sick .. the criteria was simple make reductions in certain areas. Im not bitter . Got severance and got another job . Happy happy nothing to do with "crap at job " lets just see what happens over the next year shall we :)

Absolutely over 50's were targeted, and they had to sign a waiver that they would not sue before they could get any severance.
Losing all that experience in the field is absolutely criminal.
