Poor HR guys, till march they were obsessed with forcing people who are on bench to serve 3 months notice period(if they found job outside while on bench as there are no projcts inside)

they seems to have found themselves in unfamiliar terrain. PDAC guys who used to pose that big projects are coming and forced people to sit on bench by not allocating to projects, nowadays are busy finding jobs outside

MSO PDAC most affected as the fake internal rotation and reallocation is nonexistent now. Ajjay guindy looks a bored and distraught

sympathies for those HR guys, Having to deal with people who need to be fired is one of hardest HR responsibilities.

Many a times they get caught between management and resources who make conflicting demands. many a time HR folks themselves will become so disturbed by the actions they had to take that they themselves will leave the firm.

Interestingly all Sr HR managers seem to be taking hands off approach, are actually forcing the ground level HR to be very rude and For Example Cheatra beri who insurance HR, changes her team of Jr HR team every years (and keeps her own position safe). this time the plan seems to be to fire abhishake and preeyaank for mishandling the entire process

The most unproductive support group is HR.Their job is only to roll out a offer letter, other than that HR team in Syntel never does their job which a true Human Resource professional should do. They should be neutral in their behavior which unfortunately they are not. All their actions are governed by what DM/DD says. They don't have any standing of their own. All HR phat olicies are just for namesake. If you get exceptional approval, these policies go in a dustbin. You ask any Q, they would say, we will get back, they never do. Instead of firing people who atleast get some billing, HR resources should be the ones to let go.

One Hr in fdcs (sonal chauhan), who is small and clever , if u have any queries, she told that it is not in my power. if syntel pay 2k to her , it is totaly waste.

she always came late, going early. please terminate tis type of hr

Since the inception of HR profession. They are treated like dogs. Even today also they haven't improved themselves. They still seek the piece of bone from managers.

HR profession is also an obsolete profession. There is no need of multiple HR in a same vertical.
