I have been in the field. I know exactly what happens. They do work hard, they also ride the clock, take short cuts so they can get back in cab as soon as possible to do nothing. Clock in and go home, break Dot rules, I can go on and on.
That's what you think the EO does... mess around and disregaurd policys and procedures? You should try getting out of your office once in a while. The EO's are the ones out in the field making the money for this company. Most of the ones I see are good hardworking people.
The days when the EO gets to mess around and not follow policy's and procedures are over. Do your job correctly and you will be fine. You get paid to do your job correctly.
