For what 3rd party couriers actually offer on a per-piece basis, dollar-wise, it's just not even worth the bother. It's not a shock that courier driver horror stories in terms of customer relations, and the courier driver/deliverers behaving badly toward the customers, are already filtering up and down the supply chain. For what these couriers are making, I wouldn't give two shits about treating the customers well, either. And when you're paying such low rates per carton to the deliverer, you're only gonna get the bottom of the barrel actually making the deliveries, because nobody with any amount of sense or self-esteem is going to undertake a ball-busting job for chump change in the first place.

Expect more of the same.My company quit 3rd party after 2 deliveries in a row were late. The third time the guy was using a smart phone to scan the packages(or trying to anyways). After it took him ten minutes to figure out what he was doing he still left me 2 boxes that didn't belong to me.Then he had the Gaul to tell me his service would be better than the last guy that delivered to us,at least that's what I think he said being a foreigner.Company is called xpo logistics.Run very far away from these clowns as soon as they walk in the door

I ordered a Samsonite B/P for a great price from .com ... and it took 12 days to deliver. There was a UPS ground sticker on the box, but methinks it was for the last run on the delivery. Great bag, but the delivery time sucked hind tit.
