Has anyone laid off in Oklahoma effective 4/21/15 actually "received" an unemployment check yet? If so, when? THANKS!

Unemployment paid today for the past 2 weeks. The week previous to the past 2 weeks was the "waiting period" which pays no unemployment benefits.
Severance paid today.
Thanks. OK Unemplyment Office says I is still waiting on severance notice/confirmation from employer. Strange!
