99226 - exactly! And what about ALL the supervisors and assistant supervisors that do nothing but walk around? That is where the cuts need to be made. Pretty soon there will be more chiefs than Indians. Best of luck to you. Hope you can find a company that truly appreciates hard workers.
I worked my ass off for Baker even though they treated me like shit. I stayed because I thought eventually things would improve. They only got worse over time, my raises were pathetic and others not held accountable for their non production. After 5 years to be let go on a seniority layoff is about the highest insult I could imagine. I never scored less than a 4 on my reviews and I know people who scored a 2 this year are still there because they have more time invested. Worst company bar none I have ever worked for. Management in the Woodlands is worthless!!!!!!
Don't know yet. It is still going on. Started at 6:00am as soon as shift started.
