Fire client partners first. They are suppose to bring more business. They are giving free stuff to clients in the name of "Big Picture" Without any billing they are committing free work to lure client. Clients are smart now a days. They get their work done and don't give any money. Everything is offered under "Zero CR". Client Partner should be held responsible for lost money. Even Delivery director should be fired for not delivering work on time. They are still getting their "cuts" from projects. Shame on them. Its full "Chatu giri" from top to bottom. No ethics. If any developer want to pursue his/her aspiration or deny coming on consecutive 'WEEKENDS' for some reason, VP says "nikalo usko, uske jaise bahot sare gate ke bahar 'BHIKH' magte khade hai". Top management have pathetic attitude towards junior employees. Surely not a company to work for. Chaotic, pathetic, biased, poorly managed, non ethical and not trust worthy company.
