Yeah, that may be but most offices only have 2-3 staffers to help......no importance overstated intended.
Don't overestimate your importance. Heald campuses are distributed across the sate. Each campus probably had maybe 100-200 employees, and that's being generous. Consider what happens when Cisco or HP has a layoff and thousands are let go at a single location.
