With the regulatory shitstorm pounding CCi into submission, I've been wondering: "Yo, where Tunde at?!" Tunde was that urban (code: black) gentleman who, after working hours of exhausting camera shoots for an Everest commercial, came out from behind the camera, turned his hat sideways, and improvised a commercial that was 1000x more successful than any of the shitty commercials CCi previously paid millions to run. He was the Black Messiah who magically gave street cred to a brand of schools owned by a bunch of closet racists who wouldn't be caught dead letting a black man into their corporate board room (nor onto the Executive Leadership Team, nor even in a Division President slot). All of the sudden, the execs were down with tha brutha who was so def at selling their "educational" programs to unemployed single moms watching paternity test results on Maury Povich.
To those of us who didn't have our heads firmly planted inside our anuses, it was the moment we realized the execs had jumped the shark. And now that the execs are up to their eyeballs in a Willy Wonka-sized chocolate river that isn't made of chocolate, I can't help but wonder: Where Tunde at now? He's probably wondering what he's going to do with his 32 non-transferable credits he racked up $40K in non-dischargable debt to earn, but without the mill-issued diploma to show for it.
