Guys dont join this third grade company. No policy no rules. Only top management can change the rule in one hour. They dont have product. Even some project which is running is ready to shift to some good organisation. CEO Nitin Rakesh dont know the A B C D of management. My advice to Bharat Deshai remove this guy ASAP else next year your strength will become 5000.
