The Mid-Continent BU of the U.S. lower 48 seems to have laid people off based upon the VP's personal agenda and/or age & salary basis. Did other areas do the same, or was this a personal decision by a "leader"who refuses to take any personal responsibility for his years of multiple failures?
I am trying to decide whether to transfer work groups or leave the company, and want to know if all of the decent mentors were laid off!
