I want some answers right now about what to do. I mean really? How fair is it to have students come to school where you are fearful of the doors being locked the next day? And my CP doesn't even say anything about what is going on. This sucks and want to know what is going on one way or another..

Its done! Got an email saying that all cci owned schools are shutting down on monday
If you look for another school now. You may still be responsible for the federal student loans from Heald. If the school closes. You maybe able to get some of your loans written off if you don't transfer or "teach out".

It would be a good idea to LOOK for another school. Make inquiries. Be sure to ask about transfer of credits.
@371 no I don't regret going to Heald but if I need to look for a new school I would rather know now then later.
Stop stressing, you'll get your loans discharged which is the best thing that can happen.
