94223 and shady COP, I would be interested in joining you in the lawsuit for age discrimination. How can we connect?

Has anyone filed a claim with the EEOC for age discrimination? Shady COP, I would like to join the lawsuit.
94223 and shady COP,
I have not signed the document, I met with an attorney but I did not feel he will be able to get something.
I would like to join with you if possible.
Please, how can we connect?

I hope there is a class action suit. We've already gotten an attorney. If you want to join, let's figure out a way to connect.
The hold harmless letter does not exempt ConocoPhillips from being sued for illegal acts such as age discrimination. Being that signing is a requirement for getting the proffered severance package (I.e., blackmail), most will sign under duress to get the money that they need. Since only partial lists were sent to each employee, the corporate profile of positions and ages for all COPC will need to be subpoenaed to see how the layoff is skewed toward older workers versus the company age ratios on April 6. Additional wage information versus the corporate and positional means will prove damning, but will also require legal intervention.
Bottom line, the hold harmless and exit signatures do not represent contracts when the action of one party is unlawful.
File a claim with the EEOC. The "do not sue" letter associated with the severance does not exempt ConooPhillips from federal labor laws. The EEOC process requires nothing more than a narrative of the situation via a form.
