BHI is what I like to call a "stepping stone" company. You can learn some valuable things about the oilfield there, but after a certain point it's time to move on to bigger and better things. The same goes for any other "service" company. They are all meat grinders. Make sure you get what you need from them and then move on before they screw you over.
