No names, but those who know this is an excellent example. An Indian in VM moved thru multiple jobs right up to VP level. He never managed any of the groups he was over, too busy on 'special projects'. All special projects and processes he was involved with are totally useless and failures. The trick is he never was accountable as he always moved on to something else as soon as anything was implemented. Guys/gals, with Management like this, the company is doomed. Good luck and hope you find a better company/employer. No need wasting your talents at this company.

No hate on Indians but it's true across the organization we see unqualified Indians, specially this is true in IT in Houston Visit the offices and you will see only Indian as manager and their friends in that team, they lay off employees but Indian managers hire their friends as consultants in their team, shocking but its live now
So ive noticed a lot of hate for Indians on here lately. Is this in the USA that jobs are being replaced by Indians or is this over seas ?
VM did the same thing with engineering when they made JS the new leader over engineering. He is a joke!
