Cargill announced 45 layoffs on the SAP team with more in other IT functions. Morale is in the toilet.

More layoffs for Cargill Global IT will follow before August 2015
Are you guys outsourcing SAP functions? Where is it going? I am with WBIT, the same thing happened to us, some folks were let go and some transferred to CapGemini who won the contract. Their benefits were cut and salaries went down about 10%.
