Completions are safe. maybe the dead beats at each plant will be let go. Completions are a profitable business.

If Halliburton only knew about the millions of dollars of scrap that Houston completions plants make, they would of closed them down already.

Still no work at the woodlands plant layoff half working put everyone back on 40 hr week that is left. How stupid can the management be better idea maybe cut off the assistant supervisor and 9 manager then back to 40 hr for the workers
