Our SI say we have the worst PMO leadership of any project they have ever done. They never attend the meetings they are need for, are never anywhere to be found and act like this project is small potatoes. 40 hour week for these guys is all you get. Ask any of the main SI guys as they speak very openly about it. Is Edge destined to fail?

When the PMOS are more concerned with egos and politics than improving the company, then yes the project will fail!
