So, now that our store is officially closed, I've been kicked out of our website to pull down paystubs (am on a direct deposit). Even though we are supposed to get severance pay, how are now suppose to get paycheck stubs?

I received every pay stub the week after it was direct deposited. Severance letters do not get faxed until your very last day of employment. The taxes are not as bad as everyone seems to let on. Also, if earned, bonuses were paid out. Not one glitch on severance pays to my entire staff. Sorry to stop your rant with such a positive outcome from my location.
Staples also bonus taxes the severance payments so you can count on over Forty percent of your check having taxes taken out of it. They never tell anyone that till after the fact .
Seems Staples can not wait to get rid of people. Watch your severance closely, They have reportedly botched other stores severance packages.
Thanks for the reply, but our last day is supposed to be Saturday 05-30-15. We have yet to sign and fax our severance sheets yet either.
They mail them to your home. Last day of employment is when you are no longer able to sign on to web site.
