-

Rule # 1 : Don't ever let the manager you ruin see you gloat! Let them wonder in silence for many years as to who "submarined" their career. Also then they will not try to do the same to you. As they don't know you did anything. Later, 5 years later, then brag about it to everyone after he has "retired"......
It anounomous. You can post and DST isn't going to find out. Are people afraid of posting?
DST is a short term job at best. If your there longer than 3 years your wasting your life in my opinion. Unless your have been picked for the management fast track. Otherwise 3 to 4 years max and get another job. If you repect yourself.
The new trainee you bad mouth today, will ruin your career tomorrow! Time and circumstance will change. Don't devalue or hurt anyone. You maybe powerful today, but time is more powerful than you. One tree makes 1 million matches - only 1 match is needed to burn down 10 million trees! Many a career has been ruined by mistreatment of those employees below you....
Good advice on how to do the supervisor in. I have seen numerous people backstabbed. Its a easy thing to do. Often the person stabbed never finds out. Usually the victim deserves it, and there are numerous people lined up who would like to do the stabbing. Sometime those with derailed careers stay on for years thinking they might get ahead - but never do. I have no patience, if I don't get nice raises or promotions - then I am quickly on to the next employer. No moss grows under my Franklin planner!
Dst has lots of potentisl layoffs
I hear more layoffs are going to happen in the next 2 yrs. Once I saw my nasty manager's old resume, the one he used to get his DST job. I copied it, added DST, then mailed it to a DST subsidiary so word would get back to DST's H.R. He was such a uncaring guy. He used to cheer when people quit without being fully vested, as that money would go to his (and remaining staff) retirement plans
