Hal people are fed and BHI people are fed and once the deal is done overlapping bases and people will be f***ed again only harder....Time to find another industry to work in me thinks.....

No. I understood that many PSL's are making little or losing money during April and May (Q2). This will drive more isolated layoffs before the merger.
Nope. Once the merger gets regulatory approval there will be major layoffs when the similar overhead and product lines are merged. What we've seen so far is just the tip of the iceberg.
