I can't believe how they have shuffled around and some have as little as one direct reports? When it was "policy" that mgt had to have five to seven reports... Wtf

Where the f have you all been? There have been people with manager's titles for years and years with NO reports! VP's with one or no reports, and the largest number or VPs to employees ratio, as a result of the "ONE BAKER HUGHES" reorganization, where unqualified people moved up to manage things they knew/know not a dam thing about. The organization pyramid got very skinny and topheavy, and is still today. I think this outfit is HAL-ready....
I saw VPs with one or two direct report as well.

lots of shuffling and relocating of VPs, directors and presidents. Hal must be very poor in that department.....or are they too big to go at this stage? Sends the wrong message...
