People in positions for 10+ years don't even know what the floor is like. They complain when they have to take a call more than once a week. Many ask advisors how processes are done because they have no idea. All of these people need to be cycled out. Giving them a new title just stagnates the moral around the workplace because it does not promote change. You have 3 flat tires out of 4. If you want to keep these lazy directors and managers who work 2 days a week for two hours then sit back and watch the ship sink. When you report another quarter of losses, you are going to be the one under scrutiny Timmy for your inaction.
