They won't tell you anything either. Makes them feel important. When you resign, they want two weeks notice, but when it's their decision, you have 5 minutes to pack your crap and get out.
Please post specifics, like divisions or groups. Some of us are new and we have no idea what's going on. Management won't tell us anything.
