What is there to buy ? The bank of america supposely has a 130 million collateralized loan and can seize and
attach all of heald's monies and property. And heald cannot enroll new students. Unless the AG and DOE change or drop
their conditions its more or less over. Wells Fargo or the wf analyst who follows for profit colleges stated the DOE's fine and ban effectively ended heald.
