Heads already started rolling in Q1 in Europe. There some big and small names were recently let go. There's a lot of chatter about more.

International's time will come, very soon. Especially London. They're looking to centralize most thing to NYC.
London is still integrating ITV. The other offices have been hit.
I do not think they will be touching London right now
