Yes, it will be Nov/Dec. QC bought CSR. The deal is expected to close by end of summer 2015, maybe August or early September. There is lots of overlap between the two companies. Headcount

reduction and cost saving is written in the takeover announcement. QC is already working on a integration plan for months. 2 or 3 months after QC takes over CSR , it is Nov or December, QC will begin closing offices, laying off people. There is no doubt about. The question is how much reduction is

from QC and how much from CSR. If you work on Bluetooth at QC, you need to watch out.
