Two years ago Apollo Group/University of Phoenix was in a tailspin and from an outsiders perspective it looked over for the company. Sure they cut costs by eliminating 100+ sites and getting rid of many IT spots, but some of them must have been able to call in some major political chips to bring the stock back up. Who will replace them? They better have lots of political pull and must be "too big to jail."
