Thread regarding Heald College layoffs

Will anyone at Heald - upper management or individual campuses - go to jail? Inquiring minds want to know. Thoughts?

If Heald shuts down on Friday then probably not. If they try to keep Heald open pass Friday then quite likely criminal charges will be filed.
