I know of a team that had open positions. The team was absorbed by another team. now, no open positions. Boom....cost savings.
I believe managers will look at cost effigies as they bring on new staff.
Do you believe what Phil said and that this reorg is not a RIF plan?
Yes, we do reorg at least yearly but we just had a reorg in Jan. As well.😊
For the line person it seems like the leadership never gets it "right".
