Confirmed that Ecommerce girl made bonus of 110% and hike of 3.5% this year..so should be same for others too?
No bonus. ..no explanation. ..no evaluation
what a great place to work for...no comunication ..just "no bonus"...and that is from my G.M. via text!!! What a great guy!!!.....so unprofessional. .lack of respect for the people who cover his mistakes. ...NEVER EVER again!!
3 years in a row now they have f***ed people over on bonuses while the clowns at corporate made out like bandits. "Oh, we didn't make EPS, but I am going to take a bonus anyway, even though the shareholders voted it down".... Yet stores that hit budget and Csat got a heavily taxed 16% of their earned bonus. You hit the nail on the head Overworked. They will screw over anyone with any lame excuse. I just talked to a friend that works in a different store. He received no mid year eval, no performance counselings or write ups all last year. He received his eval this week and it was all "Does not meet expectations" and his GM told him the DM made them write it like that.
DMs had a big say in it...based on your annual reviews. Long term associate and no bonus...not a great year like most of us but it seems the boss looked at salary levels and with help from HR and RVP decided who would get bonus...I was told I already was highly paid so I should never think that a bonus is expected.
Budgeted sales, operating profit and CSAT are all parts of the RMB along with your current evaluation. You don't need to make all categories to bonus.
My store made sales & margin budget, what other conditions have to be met to be eligible?
4/17 should already know by now if getting it. Surprisingly many are.
