Staples fails to meet EPS goal in 2014 and Ron is rewarded for it. At the same time, GMs that did not meet their budgets and SMs that did not meet ESP, Tech and cell phone budgets are being put on PIPS and fired. Absolutely corrupt leadership.

His compensation increased 15% for doing a bad job. While at the same time, (the few) associates that receive the best yearly evaluations get 5% at most, and that requires RVP approval.
