Odessa supposedly got hit hard again today. Worse than the last round.

I'm still owed expenses from when I got let go in February. Fat chance of getting anyone on the phone though,
I was on that last Devon job that we were kicked off of and I can tell you, without a doubt, it was two white hats that got us kicked off of that contract. I don't have to say the names. You know who they are.
I just got laid off in the last round, along with all my supervisors the way they did it was shady and all I see is the I wont mention any names making room for some of their San Antonio buddies, and Baker Hughes refugees from the halliburton buyout. When the second round happened we all asked was that it and we were told yes, Apparently that wasn't the case. Some hands found out that there was a hit list and its been around for awhile. Most of us have been replaced by our counterparts from San Antonio. A lot of us have worked very hard to keep that district afloat and stuff like turning down customers that were offering 2 mill for the use of 5 pumps on their frac jobs over a customer that we were not even making profit on was beyond me. The main killer was service quality, our equipment broke down on almost every job and the customers held their cool but were visibly irritated. They laid off a crew of orange hats that had no complicity in the messed up actions of some of their leadership and blamed loosing Devon contract on guys that for the most part just needed training and good leadership. Weatherford use to be a damn good company I hate to see how it is now, a lot of guys came from other companies with their bad habits and sneaky underhanded b.s. that helped create the feeling that everybody is out for you. They succeded in making it just like Baker Hughes. Wow I am proud to call a lot of those guys "Brother" and hope they fare well and hope to work with some of them again. In the words of my Boy "Special Forces" clean your act up Weatherford, Odessa or" put yo name on da board"..
It's all in the frac yard.
