Thread regarding Heald College layoffs

This page is beginning to look like the CCI page

is it just me or does anyone else see the same kind of mean, bullshit posts. People personally attacking each other, calling each other names, making shit up just to try to incite panic. Is this really what we have been brought down to?

OP - Unfortunantely, we have run out of new developments to discuss. This leaves it open for the nutcases and idiots with idle time, warped imaginations and anonymous keyboard bully mentalities.

I have never heard of CiC, but if they have anything close to 150 years of changing lives through education, we will gladly accept a mirror.

Graduate-level education, good one, 782!

To clarify, the escalator will eventually stop, maybe multiple times, but on each floor on the way to the top there would be some sort of education innovation, growth concept, another 150 years, etc. I just wanted to clarify so as not to scare those thinking this was some ride through the roof which is is not.

At a meeting today in Sacramento, we touched on a number of mission-critical issues. WASC was examined, and they seem to behind Heald both in body and spirit. I am not at liberty to discuss future plans, but moving to graduate-level education (with WASC's blessing) should clear the air of the CCi stigma. If anyone knows of others who want to be in at the ground floor of change, I suggest they apply now. This elevator is heading up, and I don't see any way of it stopping.

697, I hear what you're saying, believe me. I just think that no matter how angry or scared people may be, we should still treat each other as we wanted to be treated ourselves. I agree that CCI is handling this thing is completely f***ed up, however, I think that people should still be able to express their feelings and opinions without fear of being personally attacked by someone who does not agree with them, that's all. All I'm saying is that if someone posts something that is an outright lie or is something we don't agree with then by all means call them out, but we can still call them out respectfully. Just my opinion.

Yep, this is really what we've been brought down to. Two or three meaningless emails from Jack M. in three months while the company is about to burn to the ground will tend to bring out the worst in employees.

Now that the CCi page has a lot less activity, the trolls have found their way to this one.

Nature abhors a vacuum. This is what happens when management fails to keep its employees informed.
