Time for all of us with a conscious, self respect and respect for your fellow worker to leave. Do not continue to work for this company that cares nothing about you and your needs. Look around at all the vacant offices while the abundant VP's scurry about as evidence that nothing will change for the better. The statement - Proud to work at Mattel - no longer valid.
