Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

How much has Todd S. Nelson made off the misery of others?

With his long career in for-profit higher education, how much has Todd S. Nelson made over the years in ill-gotten gains? Do you think he should go to prison for all the damage he's done?

That's what the multi billion dollar lawsuit is about. It's white collar crime. The damage he and the people he brought in have done deserves prison time. That chief compliance lady is just a high priced corporate lawyer paid to cover it all up and make it go away.

EDMC is lucky republicans won house/senate - they may actually get away with it now.

@Anonymous82324, yes it was criminal. It's called fraud. Nelson got away with it at APOL and EDMC.

Todd, don't care but Ed is another matter but he to could get severance package too so it's another lost cause with nothing positive to show afterward

Instead of being criminally prosecuted, he got $32 million in severance pay from Apollo Group, then went to EDMC in 2007......................http://archive.fortune.com/galleries/2007/fortune/0709/gallery.women_men_highest_pay.fortune/18.html
